Matsuri: A Festival of Japan Committee, Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department, Phoenix Sister Cities Commission/Himeji Committee, Japanese American Citizens League, Arizona Buddhist Temple, Desert Cross Community Church, and the Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix, Japanese Business Association of Arizona along with many other individual benefactors and supporters to welcome Ambassador Ichiro FUJISAKI on Friday, 2/24/2012 @ 5pm.
